Shipping Range
- Countries: We currently ship within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Shipping Costs
- Within Canada: Free shipping on all orders.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Last Order Time: 5:00pm Central Time (CT).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Transit Time
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation delays.
- Total Delivery Time: It may take 6–9 business days to receive your order.
- Holiday / Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter), delivery times may be longer. Check our website for updates.
Shipping Process
- Reliable Courier Services: We typically ship via Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. Other couriers may be used depending on availability.
- Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. Jotpicks will file the claim on your behalf. Proof of damage (photos) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage.
- Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.
Tracking Instructions
- Tracking Information: After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the name of the shipping company and tracking number.

Missing Items Procedure
- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package or if your package has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date.
- Resolution: Missing item claims will be investigated within 3 business days. If confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 7 business days.
Return Policy
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Jotpicks will cover the return shipping.
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
No Restocking Fee: Jotpicks does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
Return Delivery Costs
- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
- For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
