30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the conditions below to understand eligibility.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

  • Change of Mind: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact us immediately. We cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us. We cover return shipping and send the correct product.
  • Non-Delivery: Contact us to investigate. If unresolved, we will issue a refund or replacement within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled any time before shipment. After shipping, standard return policy applies.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. A refund will be provided once returned items are received and approved.

Refund Timelines

  • Return Request: Must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipment: Items must be shipped within 14 days of return approval.
  • Inspection: Once received, items will be inspected within 7 business days.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery (e.g., accidents, modifications, or misuse).

How to Return an Item

  1. Step 1 – Notify Us: Email contact@jotpicks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Step 2 – Authorization: We will review your request and send detailed instructions. If applicable, we will also provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Step 3 – Ship the Item: Use the original packaging and include any return authorization forms. Retain your tracking number. Proof of return is required for refund.

Return Costs

  • Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Return shipping is free.
  • Restocking Fees: None.
